Tether International (USDT TRC20 smart contract)

Per a declaration in Dibenedetto v. Iranian Ministry of Information and Security (D.D.C., No. 1:16-cv-02429), this address is the official TRON USDT smart contract, owned and controlled by Tether International. It executes issuance, transfer, and destruction of USDT on TRON and contains the blacklist function used to freeze addresses; no illicit activity is attributed to this address itself.
