Terms & Acceptable Use

blocklist.fyi publishes observational data on stablecoin blocklisting for transparency, research, and compliance analysis. By accessing the site or its APIs you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-extract content from the website using automated means. Programmatic and bulk access is offered through our metered API at /api/v1 - use it instead.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, pagination limits, authentication, or any other access or security control.
• Access the service through automated clients in a way designed to evade the limits applied to anonymous or free-tier users.
• Use the data or content to train, fine-tune, or build machine-learning models or datasets without our prior written permission.
• Republish, resell, or redistribute the community intelligence or other editorial content (see §2), in whole or in substantial part, without a licence.
• Impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

2. Content & licensing

The underlying blockchain events are public facts and are not owned by anyone. However, the community intelligence- the verified notes, categorisations, analysis, and editorial content (collectively, “Intel”) - together with the compilation, selection, and arrangement of the data, is the original work of blocklist.fyi and its contributors and is protected by copyright and database rights.

Intel and editorial content are made available for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may quote a limited portion with clear attribution and a link back to the relevant page. Any other use - including bulk copying, mirroring, redistribution, or commercial use - requires a written licence. Contact us to arrange one.

Contributors grant blocklist.fyi a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to publish, display, and moderate their submissions.

3. API use

Programmatic access is governed by the published tier limits. API keys are personal to your account; don't share them or pool requests to exceed your tier. We may suspend keys that abuse the limits.

4. No warranty; not advice

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The data is observational research and may be incomplete or delayed. Nothing here is financial, legal, or compliance advice; verify independently before relying on it.

5. Enforcement & changes

We may rate-limit, block, or suspend access that violates these terms, and may pursue available remedies for unlicensed copying or redistribution. We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the current version.
