Per Chinese-language community investigations, this TRON address is identified as JPEX's transit/large-withdrawal wallet (中轉/大額出金錢包), receiving funds from JPEX's deposit-collection wallet and moving funds onward. JPEX is a Hong Kong-flagged crypto platform publicly warned by Hong Kong's SFC and widely documented as a fraudulent scheme. The address also sent USDT to another blacklisted address.
