Per a US civil forfeiture complaint (United States v. All USDT, M.D. Fla., No. 8:26-cv-00046), this Tron address is alleged to hold USDT proceeds of a cryptocurrency investment fraud. The victim was contacted on WeChat by Lindsay Luo (Ya-li Luo) and induced to invest through the trading website Dgctcfx.com; funds were moved without authorization into this address.
