Lindsay Luo (Dgctcfx.com investment scam)

Per a US civil forfeiture complaint (United States v. All USDT, M.D. Fla., No. 8:26-cv-00046), this Tron address allegedly received proceeds of a cryptocurrency investment scam run through website Dgctcfx.com. The complaint alleges the address was controlled by Lindsay Luo (Ya-li Luo), who contacted the victim via WeChat and induced investments; the victim deposited about $2.7 million between August and November 2023.
